Moulds, Tools and Co-Design

We design and manufacture moulds and custom-made equipment, guaranteeing maximum precision and reliability at every stage of the production process. Thanks to our decades of experience, we are specialized in the design and construction of moulds for Drawing, Cutting, Drilling, Crushing, Calibration, Assembly, Forming, Stamping, Stamping, Stamping, Stamping and Bending and many others.

In addition to moulds, we also Robotic welding equipment, certified control gauges with high precision measurements, assembly and manual welding masks and many other equipment designed to optimize production and improve the efficiency of industrial processes.

Thanks to the Co-Design, we collaborate with the customer in every phase of development, guaranteeing customized and high-performance solutions, perfectly integrated into their production cycle. Our equipment and molds are made with the latest generation of CNC machines and then checked and tested in our factory to ensure quality and reliability before delivery to the customer

Design and construction of cold moulds

Thanks to our ultra forty years of experience, we design and realize cold moulds customized, guaranteeing maximum precision and reliability. We are specialized in the construction of molds for Stamping, Deep Drawing, Cutting, Drilling, Crushing, Calibration, Assembly, Forming, Stamping, Stamping, Stamping and Bending and many others. Each mould is produced with latest generation CNC machines, tested in our factory and optimized to deliver high performance in any industry.

Crimping and Tube Shaping Moulds

Thanks to our well-established experience in tube sector and in theexhaust automotive, we design and build Moulds for Crimping and Shaping tubes of very high precision. Our solutions guarantee high reliability and repeatability in production processes, meeting the needs of different industrial sectors. Each mold is made with advanced technologies and the latest generation of CNC machines, ensuring optimum quality and performance.

Design and construction of robotic equipment

We design and create robotic welding and non-welding equipment, complete of manuals, certifications, CE mark and all necessary documentation. We also offer PLC programming, optimizations and customisations to maximize production efficiency. We provide complete soldering islands, with hoods, safety fences and everything necessary to ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Manufacture of mechanical components

Thanks to sophisticated measuring instruments, we can detect even the most complex shares and realize any mechanical component with the utmost precision. We use advanced CNC machines, with Controlled milling up to 5 axes and turning up to 6 axes controlled. We complete all processing cycles internally thanks to heat treatment furnaces, rectification, EDM and all the equipment necessary to guarantee quality and reliability to our customers.
