We design and create custom-made moulds and equipment, ensuring maximum precision and reliability. Thanks to the Co-Design, we cooperate with customer in every stage of development, optimizing solutions for your production needs.

Reverse Engineering

Across the Reverse Engineering, we are able to digitize existing components and reconstruct their 3D model with advanced scanning technologies and CAD/CAM software. This process allows us to reproduce, optimize or modify mechanical parts even without original drawings, guaranteeing maximum precision and compatibility with production processes.

Our machines park boasts a large number of resources of different types, from the most traditional machinery to the latest generation. The strength of our company is represented by high-precision machinery, suitable for the execution of particular processes, which allow us to meet every request of our customers. Thanks to the resources in our possession we are able to follow in total autonomy the production process of each equipment during all the various stages: design, construction and testing.

ABOUT US

On the side of the Planet

Our company has always been very careful to the environment. Since 2008 we have been using energy from 100% renewable sources to power the entire plant and we are committed daily to avoiding waste by using technologically advanced machinery and equipped with special devices (of our design) for the on and off control and for the constant monitoring of consumption.

All instruments connected to the company’s power grid are fully interconnected and manageable through our customized software and developed with the collaboration of DoubleSox.
